Plant-based foods are considered better for the human body due to their high nutrient content and low levels of harmful substances. They are rich in fiber, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, all of which support a healthy and balanced diet. Additionally, plant-based foods have been shown to have a lower risk of certain chronic diseases, such as heart disease, diabetes, and certain types of cancer. Furthermore, plant-based diets have been associated with lower rates of obesity and a healthier body weight overall. This is due to the fact that plant-based foods are generally lower in calories, fat, and saturated fat.
